I’m looking to apply in 2018 – what would I need to do now?
Summer holidays, Christmas and even the New Year celebrations. There certainly is a lot to happen between now and the early months of next year.
However, if you’re planning to apply for Erasmus+ funding there are a number of things you can do now to help make your application journey as simple as possible. Follow our six tips put together specially to save you time.
1. Prioritise your priorities
Did you know that a high scoring application should relate to the priorities of the Key Action you are applying for? You can find these priorities in the programme guide. The 2018 Call programme guide will be published later this autumn so remember to take note.
2. Forgotten your password?
If you have applied for Erasmus+ funding previously you will need to use the same login and password for EU login to gain access to key IT tools. Make sure you have this information before you apply or contact us if you need help retrieving them.
3. Tell us about staff changes
If you have applied with us previously, please let us know if someone has moved on (particularly as that person is likely to have kept the login details you will now need access to!)
4. Plan well
The applications that score highest are well prepared, well justified and strongly linked to key action priorities. Give yourself enough time to fully develop your project idea and remember we are here to help!
5. Re-submitting a previous project?
If you are planning to resubmit a project which has previously been unsuccessful please only do so if you are willing to make significant changes. Remember to carefully read the feedback you will have received.
6. Take advantage of support from the UK National Agency
Visit our new to Erasmus+ page where we will be publishing details of our upcoming information events designed to guide you through the application process. You can pre-register now and in the meantime you can contact us with your questions about Erasmus+ funding.
