Advice for Erasmus+ projects on travel to Belgium

Following the events in Brussels today, the Erasmus+ UK National Agency (UK NA) advises anyone travelling, or planning to travel imminently, to Belgium to contact their sending organisation for support and advice.

UK organisations concerned about Erasmus+ project activity planned to take place in Belgium in the near future are advised to contact the UK NA.

This covers planned project meetings involving staff and learners, and also travel or activities for individual participants or groups of young people.

Please call or email us for the advice and guidance on amending project activities, including how changes such as cancelling planned mobilities may affect your grant agreement.

For all higher education and schools projects, youth Key Action 2, and Key Action 3 projects: call the British Council on 0161 957 7755 or email [email protected]

Contact Ecorys UK For all vocational education and training, adult education projects, and youth Key Action 1 projects: call Ecorys UK on  0121 212 8947 or email [email protected]

We have updated our webpage for Erasmus+ participants to reflect the situation and advise projects travelling to Belgium to keep checking the security status of the country.
