Does your Erasmus+ project have a focus on culture and heritage? Why not join the celebrations for the European Year of Cultural Heritage (EYCH) in 2018?
The Year will see a series of initiatives and events across Europe to enable people to become closer to and more involved with the cultural heritage which shapes our identities and everyday lives.
Relevant United Kingdom Erasmus+ initiatives are urged to apply to use the European Year of Cultural Heritage label (a logo, a slogan and a hashtag) for activities, events and projects taking place throughout the year.
Successfully applying to use the label will provide beneficiaries with increased visibility, as their initiative will be promoted on the national and European Year’s websites and may also be selected for the EYCH newsletter, circulated across Europe.
Who can apply?
All beneficiaries of on-going projects, initiatives or specific events that contribute to the achievement of one or more of the objectives of the EYCH, laid down in Article 2 of its legal basis, can apply to receive the EYCH label.
What can be labelled?
Cultural events or performances, along with media and launch events, exhibitions, shows; information, education or awareness-raising campaigns; festivals, including film festivals; conferences, symposia, forums, debates; studies and surveys; training sessions/workshops; research activities; visits and exchanges; as well as digital projects, etc.
