Share your Erasmus+ story in a short online video and you could be heading off on one of 10 city breaks across Europe as well as attending the 2018 European Youth Event in France.
The Erasmus+ Volunteering Awards aim to celebrate the achievements of young people volunteering abroad as part of an Erasmus+ or European Voluntary Service (EVS) project. To take part, young participants simply need to make a one-minute video about their volunteering experience and post it to the Awards website.
A panel of three judges – a representative of the European Commission, a representative of the European Youth Card Association and a former EVS volunteer - will choose the most inspirational and creative films. The number of Facebook likes will also be considered – so don’t forget to share your video.
The ten best stories submitted before 1 May, 2018 will win city breaks for two in one of Barcelona, Dubrovnik, Ljubljana, Bled, Izola, Marsaxlokk, Palma de Mallorca, Paris, Varna or Zaragoza. If none of those take your fancy there is also an option for two Interrail Passes or to choose your own destination. You can find more details on the prizes webpage. All winners will also be invited to receive their prizes at the European Youth Event in Strasbourg on 1-2 of June.
Entrants must hold a valid European Youth Card for Erasmus+ or EVS volunteers and have registered on the European Solidarity Corps portal.
