After you have applied for Erasmus+ funding, the UK National Agency will assess your application. This includes assessing the financial and operational capacity of your organisation to manage and complete the proposed project.
What happens next?
We will stay in direct contact with the named person given on the application form. The first communication they will receive is an email to acknowledge receipt of your application. Please read this email carefully. It will indicate the timetable for the selection process, including when we expect to notify applicants of whether their application has been successful.
Applications are assessed via a robust process whereby they are ranked in order of quality. The final decision is made by an independent evaluation committee known as a National Evaluation Committee (NEC) which meets to sign off the assessment and selection process. The guide for experts (849 KB) for the 2019 Call gives more information on this.
Notification of outcome and feedback
The named contact person for the project will receive notification of the outcome, including detailed feedback on why your applications succeeded (or not).
If successful, this includes full details of the total grant approved and whether your application is subject to further validation checks and financial capacity checks, or any other actions as applicable, by the National Agency.
If your application was unsuccessful, we hope the feedback will prove useful should you wish to continue to develop your application to submit during the next funding round.
If you have a question about the selection process, please contact us.
