Recognition of learning outcomes
The sending and receiving organisations involved should agree on issuing a Europass mobility certificate at the end of the mobility. Read more about Europass.
The European Commission (EC) produces templates for key reporting documents, such as interim reports which you will need to submit during your project’s lifecycle, and final reports near the end of your project.
Visit our IT tools page for an overview of the European Commission's online tools including Mobility Tool+ and further support and guidance materials, such as the Mobility Tool+ quick start guide for Key Action 2 projects.
2017 Call reporting
We recommend you read our Key Action 1 project handbook available above for full information about reporting and guidance.
We have produced the following reporting templates for guidance which are available to download. These are to assist with desk checks during your project lifecycle. Use of these templates is not mandatory however they include the minimum details required by the National Agency. Download the mobility declaration of attendance (15 KB) and participant grant receipt (15 KB) templates.
2016 call reporting
You can download Key Action 1 VET sample participant report templates for learners (76 KB) and sample participant report templates for staff (61 KB). These are example templates only. Participants will receive these documents automatically via the Mobility Tool+ and must complete them once received by email from Mobility Tool+. However you may find it useful to share these templates with participants in advance so they can know what to expect to receive.
When the reporting documents are made available we will publish guidance documents to help you submit a good quality report. We will also notify you if we hold any face-to-face events or online webinars to provide further reporting guidance.
Organisation Registration System user manual
This document explains how to obtain your organisation's PIC number, which you must have before you submit your application, and how to use the Organisation Registration System.
We have put together a checklist with points to consider before, during after learner and staff mobility placements. Download the 2017 KA1 Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Adult Education Beneficiary Project Checklist (257 KB).
Final report guidance
These guides are designed to help you complete and submit the Final Beneficiary Report (also referred to as the Final Report) for your project.
For KA1 projects, you can download both the 2018 KA1 VET and AE Final Report Beneficiary Guidance (1.2 MB) and the 2019 KA1 VET and AE Final Report Beneficiary Guidance (1.1 MB)

The Erasmus+ Online Linguistic Support (OLS) has been designed to provide language assessments and courses for Erasmus+ participants and aims to improve their knowledge of the language in which they will work, study or volunteer abroad so that they can make the most out of their experience.
Promotion and Dissemination
Dissemination is a term used by the European Commission in many of its documents and simply means to spread widely. All projects are encouraged to share (or disseminate) the successes of their project. This means that even after your project finishes the successes can still have an impact in the future. Important information about dissemination can be found in Annex II of the Erasmus+ Programme Guide. For more information please visit our promotion and dissemination page.
All organisations running an Erasmus+ project agree to promote the programme to their staff and learners and to disseminate the results of Erasmus+ activities. Any materials or digital products produced to promote the Programme must use the European Commission's Erasmus+ logo and publicly acknowledge the support received from the European Union. For logos and guides on how to use them please see the promotion and dissemination page.
Erasmus+ Project Results Platform
The Erasmus+ Project Results Platform (EPRP) is a dissemination platform developed by the European Commission for Erasmus+. It offers a comprehensive overview of projects funded under the programme and highlights best practices. The platform serves as a useful tool in disseminating the outcomes of your project and makes available any tangible resources, products, deliverables and outputs which have resulted from funded projects.
What do I need to use the platform for?
Erasmus+ beneficiaries can do the following actions:
- Upload results, website information and add a logo to your project
- Edit personal contact data for the project co-ordinator and partners
- Submit your uploaded content for review by the National Agency
We would encourage you upload your project results regardless of which Key Action your projects is funded under to disseminate your successes. However please note for Key Action 2 projects it is compulsory to upload your project results as stated in your grant agreement.
