For Adult Education organisations in Ireland and UK

As part of our preparations for joining the Erasmus+ programme in 2027, we are running a series of online partner-finding & speed-dating events, co-hosted with National Agencies in other EU countries, at which we’ll be joined by Adult Education organisations keen to partner with the UK. Sessions will cover Key Action 1 and Key Action 2 activities, offering potential partnership opportunities to send and host mobilities for staff, learners and volunteers, share staff training and job shadowing opportunities, and to develop partnership projects and collaborations.

This event is specifically designed to connect UK adult educational organisations with Irish organisations working in their Adult Education sector.

It offers an exclusive platform for organisations active in the field of Adult Education and interested in new Erasmus+ projects, but who have not yet found partners and host organisations abroad. Through brief meetings in breakout rooms - ‘speed-dates’ - participating organisations will have the chance to get to know each other better, exchange ideas, and discover potential opportunities to work together.

We shall facilitate the interactive sessions, and we’ll provide full details and instructions to registered attendees in advance, to enable you to fully prepare and benefit from the event

To get involved, it's important that you first create an active profile on EPALE (Electronic Platform for Adult Learning In Europe).

Why does this matter? Whilst we prepare to join Erasmus+ next year, our European partners are also keen to build new projects and partnerships with the UK.  The EPALE platform helps to build the presence of UK organisations and offers links to potential partners in other countries.
