Introduction to Erasmus+ (Schools)

This introductory session is for primary, secondary and SEND schools interested in Erasmus+ opportunities for school education, delivered by Ray Kirtley on behalf of the British Council, who are set to become the UK National Agency for Erasmus+.

The session will introduce Key Action 1 (Learning Mobility) and Key Action 2 (Cooperation Partnerships), helping schools understand funding options, project types and how Erasmus+ can support staff development, inclusion and international collaboration. Participants will hear practical case studies and have time to ask questions.

This session is suitable for schools that are new to Erasmus+ and want to build confidence, understanding and may want to start early planning in preparation for the 2027 Erasmus+ application call, expected to open in November 2026.
